We rete Returned an hour later to find it gone and my son was devastated. The kind staff helped us look tirelessly and a lady from Greggs actually offered my son a cuddly toy of her own to replace it. I can't praise the ladies on duty that day highly enough. If retail needs an example of "outstanding" customer service then this is it. Many many thanks David Robinson.
